The shelf life depends greatly on usage. On average, the sticks can be used for several weeks to months. Please put them back in the packaging after use to protect the aroma.

A defect in a consumable or wear part is not automatically a warranty case. In the event of a defect notification, we will technically inspect the device. If a statutory warranty case exists, subsequent performance will be provided free of charge.
