Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Medizintechnik Hartwig GmbH, Wehrstraße 3, 63584 Gründau, kontakt@medhartwig.de, Germany, Phone: 060582038735) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Additional Information on the Right of Withdrawal: Electronic Withdrawal Button

You have the option to declare your withdrawal electronically via the "Withdrawal Button" provided in our online shop.

The electronic withdrawal takes place in a legally prescribed two-step process. After initiating the withdrawal via the withdrawal button ("Withdraw Contract"), you will be asked to enter the required information for the withdrawal and then explicitly confirm the declaration ("Confirm Withdrawal").

After completing the process, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration on a durable medium.

This notice supplements the right of withdrawal information and describes only the additional option of exercising the right of withdrawal electronically.
