Lüfter defekt

Habe mit dem Kundendienst telefoniert und mein Problem geschildert darauf meinten sie es kann nur der Lüfter sein und den kann man einfach austauschen. Der Lüfter kam schnell mit einer Anleitung. Und austauschen war easy. Gerät läuft wieder einwandfrei.

Einfacher Austausch und sehr guter Service

Nach einem kurzen und sehr freundlichen Telefonat war klar, der Lüfter ist kaputt. Das Ersatzteil kam sehr schnell an und der Einbau war auch innerhalb einer viertel Stunde erledigt. Lediglich der Silikonschlauch war etwas umständlich zu lösen und wieder zu befestigen, da er recht kurz ist. Aber dank der sehr guten Beschreibung hat alles reibungslos geklappt.
