This technical unit is the heart of the equosonic free and includes:

- the ultrasound unit

- the electronics

- the fan

- as well as the complete housing

If your device no longer works reliably or the ultrasound performance decreases, you have three options to choose from:

 

1. New technical unit – ready to use immediately

You will receive a completely new technical unit at the price of €349.00.
Ideal if you are looking for a quick and easy solution without having to wait for the return shipment of your old device.

 

2. Recharge Program – Sustainable & cheaper

You want a working unit quickly – and at the same time save money and conserve resources?

Then our Recharge Program is just the right thing:

  • You order a refurbished technical unit with new ultrasound unit

  • We will send this unit to you immediately

  • After receipt, you send your defective unit back to us

  • You will receive €200.00 deposit back

💡 The refurbished devices may show slight signs of use (e.g., scratches on the housing) – technically they are flawless!

✅ Final price after return of the old unit: only €149.00

 

3. Repair service – have the ultrasound unit replaced

In many cases, only the ultrasound unit is worn out. This can be replaced much more cheaply.

✔ Labor cost: approx. €30.00 (depending on condition and effort)

The ultrasound unit is not subject to wear and tear as a consumable part.
Warranty service. Hard impacts, extreme temperatures and
mechanical damage to the surfaces leads to
rapid aging or sudden defect.

Your statutory warranty rights naturally apply and are not limited by our voluntary guarantee.

Additionally, we provide a voluntary 12-month guarantee on the device from the date of purchase.

Ultrasound units as well as batteries are consumable and wear parts. Their lifespan depends on usage, care, charging behavior, storage, water quality, and the inhalation solutions used. Replacement may therefore be required sooner or later.

For consumable and wear parts, the previous usage period is taken into account proportionally within the scope of our voluntary guarantee.

A defect in a consumable or wear part is not automatically a warranty case. In the event of a defect notification, we will technically inspect the device. If a statutory warranty case exists, subsequent performance will be provided free of charge.

This electrical device must do not dispose of in household waste! Dispose of it separately at an authorized collection point for electrical equipment. Free take-back for private households is possible – ask about collection points near you.
