ECTOsol (2% Sole + 1.5% Ectoin) 1 Liter

ECTOsol combines the positive properties of a very light brine with the all-rounder Ectoin. Ectoin has a caring, anti-inflammatory effect and forms a natural cell protection. The salt serves as a natural preservative and is less concentrated than our brine.

Application 

The care product ECTOsol is designed for use with our mask nebulizers from the Equosonic series (private, clinic, practice, and free). It can also be used for room inhalation primarily with our model Equosonic Mobile II with "Mobile Pack". Approximately 500 ml is needed for one application when used with Mobile Pack. The advantage of room inhalation is that the product also acts externally on the skin. It can also be applied directly to dry, irritated, or inflamed areas.

It is ready for use immediately and does not need to be diluted or mixed.

"We provide a spike and syringe for sterile sampling. After opening the bottle cap, insert the sampling spike into the opening of the bottle insert. You can use the syringe to withdraw the desired amount. After sampling, the spike can be sealed. The spike contains a bacteria filter, so that the incoming air is filtered."

What is Ectoin and how does it work?

The natural active ingredient Ectoin is obtained from microorganisms that can survive under extreme environmental conditions, such as severe drought, UV radiation, or high salt concentrations. 

Ectoin has caring, anti-inflammatory, and protective properties and is therefore used in medicine and cosmetics. Ectoin acts as a cell protector and thus protects against harmful environmental influences, such as the entry of allergens or fine dust. Ectoin forms a protective barrier that repels allergens and environmental pollutants, such as fine dust, in the treated (mucous membrane) skin areas.

"It also has a positive effect on the skin and can therefore be used in room nebulization: Ectoin strengthens and stabilizes the skin barrier and protects you from harmful environmental influences. It is particularly suitable for eczema."

The product "ECTOsol" is made with high-purity pharmaceutical salt (concentration of 2%) from the Austrian Alps, Ectoin (concentration of 1.5%) in pharmaceutical quality, and sterile water. 

The salt serves merely as a natural preservative.

"For inhalation, we recommend exclusively" reinstes Pharmasalz. This is mined in mines and subsequently processed according to the highest quality standards. Sea salt is no longer recommended for inhalation today due to the pollution of the seas. "We provide a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase for the device purchased from us. The ultrasonic unit is excluded from this, as it is considered a wear part and is not covered by warranty. Hard impacts, extreme temperatures, and
Mechanical damage to the surfaces leads to rapid aging or sudden failure.

Since the ultrasound unit is a consumable part, it must be replaced at irregular intervals depending on usage and maintenance. Usually, a change is necessary after 12-24 months.
